A roll of shame: they grew up in former Middlesex but later chose to live in central London. (It’s quite selective because the most usual type of fame is success in showbiz or rock and roll, and people in this category tend to head for mansions in the home counties (Berks, Bucks, Surrey, Hampshire) rather than London.
